Whoah, wait a minute! You do not have your daughter, he does. So why should he give you anything at this point? Maybe when she is on her own, but really, you just want the money for yourself. Makes me wonder the real story behind this. Are you jealous that he lives well? And trying to take money from a settlement for his child with cerebral palsy tells me something about your character. Children with disabilities need those finances to live on. Shame on you!

CHILD support...not EX support by: Anonymous
I've been hearing a lot of "ME" in there. 'It won't get to ME til I'M 60', 'He owes ME'. Last time I heard this is CHILD support. So why are you worried about the age of 60??? It's for the child, NOT YOU! The child can continue the case when he or she reaches the age of 18! There's a lot of trouble with the parent getting mad that THEY won't get the money....get a clue will ya??

HE SHOULD by: MELISSA
HE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY YOU UNTIL ALL OF THE 30,000 IS PAID IN FULL. MY DAD HAD TO GO THRU THE SAME THING AND THE STATE OF WV TOOK HIS TAXES UNTIL HE WAS PAIN IN FULL. THIS MIGHT GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT. DON'T LET THAT MAN GET OFF EAZY YOU TOOK CARE OF YOUR CHILD WHEN HE WAS NOT THERE AND DID IT WITH NO HELP. I ALWAYS LOOK AT THINGS AS I WILL BE NICE TO A POINT THEN I'M MAD
