Frustrated in Colorado

My fourth child turned 18 years old nine months ago. I have not seen him in over a year. He has not been to school since the third quarter of his freshman year.My child support payments are based on bonuses I no longer receive and my ex-wife refuses to make any accommodations for me to have a visit.
Our local Child Support Enforcement Agency has been no help, even though I was the one who set up payments through them. I have not missed any payments. My complaints are not isolated, it's happening to more fathers and there are no laws to protect us.
I was not told when each "child" moved out of the custodial home my estimatad over payments for the first three "children" total over $4000. CSE refused to help or even look into the matter.
With my remaining son the frustration just mounts. One month after he turned 18 I took a pay-cut from my job that I've held for 15 years.
I'm forced to follow the laws, but the ex-wife does not have to enforce my sons' education, a reasonable visitation and be truthful about where my kids live.
The system is broken, with no forseeable change in sight. The most insulting issue in my situation: Colorado Child Support Enforcement told me that I have to pay until each child turns 19 no matter where they live. Unbelievable!
