Frustrated Kings

I have had a lousy experience with the Texas Attorney General. I definitely feel like "Dead Beat" dads get away with being noncompliant. The non-custodial parent in my case owes over $25,000 dollars and the State fails to enforce since I rarely get a child support check.
The above amount is not from some hefty monthly payment he is required to make. The non-custodial has been non-comliant for the latter 13 years. His monthly child support amount he is supposed to provide is a merely $233 dollars for my daughter. He does not cover her insurance and I receive no additional monies to foot the insurance cost. Basically the monthly payment he is supposed to assist with covers my insurance cost for my daughter with 8$80 bucks appx. left for every other expense,in which I get $0 This amount has never been adjusted since the child support went into force 13 years ago.
Now you tell me how that picture looks.
Thankfully I have come out ahead and praise the Lord I managed to get a degree to make sure my daughter and I would not be struggling financially. It is just very frustrating to know these "Dead Beat" dads can just have kids and not be responsible for them and the State supports this behavior!!!
