HIS child did not know if he was married or not when it was born!He should not be let off the hook for support just because he is not married to the mutha.
You & he need to get a backbone and put her in her place,unless of course he LIKES having her in his life.Thats what YOU need to research!
A child is innocent and your husband is far from it sounds like he wants the mutha in his life or he would put a stop to it.
If I were you I would find someone without kids because you are obviously not of a mind to accept a child from your mans previous relationship.

Unfortunately, by law both parents have to have all contact information of the other parent. That doesn't mean that she has to have yours. I do believe in CS but feel there should be rights to short term relationships than if you were married. I am going thru this issue with a crazy ex girlfriend with 2 kids by my husband and we are paying dearly. and she doesn't and wont work and does drugs. She has all the rights we have noneI have a blog on this website called Frustrated Stepmother.
