The Courts Create Dead beat dads in OHIO
by: Ohio Suxs

The Ohio courts create dead beat dads. I have been beat down to no end my a woman judge. This bitch in Fairfield county got rid of all the male judges and hired all female. A dad will never get a fair trial. I have been accused of everything and have even been arrested. I have not even had a parking ticket and a credit score of 801. The courts are so bias....that is what is wrong with our country today. Dads not being allowed to raise their kids.
And for all you deadbeats dads out there....well, you make it tough for the rest of us and make the attorneys rich.
Becareful of the judge you vote for. It may come back and bite you in the ass.

Montana
by: Anonymous

It depends on the state laws if the custodial parent's income should be included. In Texas and some other states, they only consider the non-custodial parent's income. So, if my ex made 200,000.00 a year, they would still go after 20% of my net income.

What I would suggest is that you research the Montana Family Law (Child Support section) and see how the state determines whatshould be paid. In any case, inheritance and money from other sources (except welfare) are irrelevant. It's only based on income.

If your boyfriend is sending any extra money....tell him to stop; or send it through the system. At least that way he would get credit for it. Anything else is considered a gift.

Dear Frustrated
by: Disabled Mom

That's really not how the system works. Child support can't be reduced based on her multiple sources of income in any state to my knowledge. She is just lucky enough to have a beneficient grandfather. Child support is the responsibility of the biological parents. A father's proven hardship may or may not reduce the monthly child support award and much of that is based on the judge's own bias and believe me the biases are out there, they have entirely too much power. The corruption is deeply and generationally rooted. Study the child support laws for your state and federal regulations if you're that "curious".
