Gettin Screwed In Ca.HELP

I am a father to 3 wonderful daughters in Ca. age 18-15-9.vTheir mom & I remarried 10 yrs ago. Just prior to xmas 09 things started going south. On day before xmas mom made financial demand for gifts and I obliged. AT 1206am 12/26/09 mom woke me up and proceeded to tell me to get out.I did so to avoid confrontation. The following wk she threatened me with going to welfare to get support unless I ponied up $$$$ for her,she also filed for divorce Jan 5 2010.

She informed me my 15 yr old now had no desire to talk to me and if I wanted relationship with 9 yr old it would cost me 600every two wks and if late with $$ she would again go to welfare. We then later in jan attempted to reconcile and I was continuing to pay her and was hospitalized in end of jan and removed from work until march 4 2010. Durung that time she filed a fraudelent irs return claiming kids and to be single,etc. Upon recieving that 8k she proceedes to kick me out again and says I owe her back support and if I dont pay,yes you got it,she will go to welfare.

She sends me messages that the kids will be eating scraps that she has no money,she changes phone #,e-mail and cuts communication due to fact she is now with my halfsisters brother(who is married) whom now says he will be their dad and if he sees me he will shoot me. Then so last week in order to see my daughter(9)she again demands 600$ even saying must be cash.I give her 300.00x2 money orders in order to see my child. After getting her I am told its not for the weekend but meerly overnight that she will pick her up on saturday and if I dont comply she will claim kidnapping. She tells my daughter Im able to come get her,come see her whatever and tells me that unless I am paying her at time of visit I cant and dont get to see or talk to her. She has done things such as let my 15 yr old drink,party,attend independent studies and get tatooed to gain favor with her and that has worked quite well.

I work 24/7 now due to situation she has put me into,I cant afford a lawyer in coco Ca.,I dont have the ways or means to execute the paperwork nor did I iniatiate the seperation between us.I surely could use some assistance or advice so feel free to reply.Thank you
