Guess You Dont live in Taylor Countyby Kim I have found that in Taylor County as a father you can get away with any thing, refusing to return the children because you think washing dishes is abuse ect. And actually that is what my x has done twice. I have to pay 1000.00 each time to get them returned and take it to court and all they say to him is no no dont do this again. This is a man who doesnt pay his child support and never has. So apparently it depends on where you live whether it is for the woman or the man
