When I finally Got Socyiall Security Disability, After Having No Income for 4 Years, And Unable to Work, As Soon As I Began To Get A Check Every Month, DCSE Began Taking Half Of My Disability. They Also Refused A Modification, And Are Treating The Case as if I where Making ThE Amount I Was When I Was Able To Work.

I Have A Young Son, Who I Who Is In My Care, And I made Direct Payments To My Ex, For The Period In Question, And Have Proof of The Deposits From My Bank Statements, Which Clearly Shows The The Checks And Deposit Amounts Twice Monthly, And Mother Openly Denies It In Court, And The Judge Sided With Her.

DECS Also Has The Amount Of $91,000 As Thew Arrears, Which Is Not Possible, And Refuses To Tell Me What The Amount Is Based On.

So Im Stuck To live In Poverty, When I Paid The Ex Directly.

Isn't That Amazing, The Judge A Female Treated Me Like A Criminal And Pretty Much Made A Decision No Matter what I Had To Say, Nor Would Even Give Me Any Consideration.

I Could See If I Had Not Made Payments, But I Had Diligently, And Directly Each And Every Month Until I Couldnt Work Anymore.

Now This Is One Side Situation, And The Fathers Are Treated Completely Unfairly.

If Anyone Wants To See The Proof Of The Money Paid During The Three Years, I'll Be Glad To Show Them, But The Court, And The Judge Wont Consider It.

Now Isn't Tha A Kick In The Pants
