I am a nursing student with a beautiful 5 y/o. Her father has not paid a lick of child support in years. He works for himself in some club bathroom for straight cash. I am not sure what I can do to get some enforcement going. He has not paid child support since we went to court and I know he makes quite a bit of money at the club. He has not bothered to call or see his daughter in 6 months. I have been too lenient, and I think it is time I got the ball rolling on my back child support. If he would have contributed I wouldn't have needed to file. He is just so inconsistent and now not even a constant in my little girl's life.
Any suggestions how I can get the AOG to enforce my child support.
