I currently owe my ex-wife $115,000 in back child support. The Child support has been in effect for three months??????? She will not let me see the kids or talk to them. She apparently initiated the child support while I was still in the home(Paying bills). I received a letter two years ago that I owed thirty thousand dollars in child support. I then contact the social worker. Now mind you I have payed child support every month that I left the premises. I then inform the Social worker of that, she then contacted the mother and the child support was dropped by the mother. Since the date that the child support was dropped I have been paying the support, threw checking account deposits. She finds out that I was planning to remary and she reinitiates the support. I didnt have a problem with that, but the social worker says that I owe her child support from the day she initiated the child support up to the current date. Which was $115,000 mind you I have made maybe $100,000 since the date in question. I sent the case worker the proof of payments. I was told that the money paid to the custodial parent was not for child support, it was a gift per the custodial parent. I did not receive credit for those payments. I also have to pay my current payments as well as $250.00 in back child support payments. The worst of it all. I CAN SEE MY CHILDREN!!!!!! Where is the justice for a father?????

I agree get you a lawyer and gather all reciepts.
I am a woman who pays child support and child support screws any body who the child does not live with!

You will not find it

You will not find any justice when it comes to child support. The government and courst have made it so that women who has your child will now runs your life for a very very long time. You need or want to see your children doesn't matter to the courts (and they say they are looking out for the well being or the child (bull****) more like the well being of the mother. Even when the courts say that you owe nothing, or that its been quished or anything in that nature "DON'T BELEIVE IT" and never never give money to your ex directly the government/courts will count it as a gift. In my case my ex disappear for 13 year with my daughter and I still paid child support until 2000 when the courts and child support told me I owed nothing, the case was quashed, and that my daughter had been adopted or passed away. Well now in 2008 I found my daughter and now my ex wants back child support. I went to court just for them to tell me "oops someone dropped the ball and you have to pay for there mistake. My daughter is 20 years old with her owe child now and I am being order to pay her 48,000 plus 10% interest for 10 years. I did everything I was instructed to do from day one. But the courts made it all my resonsiblity that the state and child support dropped the case. There is no justice in the court system when it comes to women and children we men are all dead beats and unworthy of being a parent only women can be a parent. Honostly have you heard of a women paying child support? Have you ever heard of a women going to jail for not paying child support? No because the courts are one sided when it comes to children and women. That practice needs to change. But most of us men don't think about it until it is happening to then. To all men in a happy or unhappy relationship that involves children these thing can and will happen to you, we need to stand up to the government and tell them to stay out of our personel lives/business. They don't weight in all the facts, they only care about not paying welfare by any means necessary. See the state and government created a cesspool of women wanting to stay on welfare for the rest of there lives and had no way out of it other then going after the fathers. Without knowing the full circumstanses of the relationship and what transpired to get them to the point that they are. It could have been simple intrapment, or sabitage, or lieing about birth control, or maybe (a true story)a lezbian couple wants to have a baby and they decide to get pregnant without the man knowing that was there intent was and there relationship goes to crap and the man will be left to pay the child support bill. They have made us men out to be womens personal bank accounts/retirement fund. And will not even enforce your rights to see or be a part of your childs life. Good luck and hopefully us men will open our eyes and see whats going on and put a stop to this unfair child support practice, the longer we wait the worse it will become.

Get a Lawyer a good on with all receipes. They can get this credited and settled. Good luck
