How can I get the state to suspend DBD license.

by Betty
(Beaumont,Texas)

My ex is not only deadbeat when it comes to child support, but he told my 13yr old daughter that he doesn't contact her more because it is painful and depressing for him. So no financial support no emotional support, nothing. He has this pattern and I didn't see it till it was too late. His first marriage broke up and he had two boys, we got together and I had a daughter by him. I had to get on him to communicate with his sons. I would make all the visitation reservations and pay for them. He told them the something...Since he couldn't see them as often as he wanted (yeah right, when they WERE with us he never did anything with them), that he would not be contacting them anymore cuz it was too painful and depressing for him. Now 13 years later he tells my daughter the same thing. I let him live rent free in the small town I moved to so that he could get a job and be close to our daughter. Still he couldn't get a job or pay child support. Now he has moved in with his MOMMA and spends all day long recording his "album" and pretending to be a middle aged rock star. He doesn't work, doesn't file taxes, doesn't but anything he buys in his name. How can I get his license suspended or get him arrested. I don't think its fair that I have been supporting by myself for the last 6 years. If he isn't going to work or even be emotionally supportive to my daughter then I want him punished. By the way he has a girlfriend with 3 kids...hope she doesn't get prego or she will be next.....Oh we do have a child support order including health insurance, Not that it means anything.
