My story right now!!!!!!!!!! my husband was statitory raped and is paying child support. They took all my money out of our joint account



This is in regards to _________participate ID number, and the withdraw of $.00 from the bank account # , which is a joint account. Attached is information of my deposits and withdraws. If you need more information, please give me a call. I have deposits in there for my child support and payroll. My rent is due on April 27, 2010 as well as my truck payment. Without this money, my son and I cannot pay our rent or even buy groceries. I don’t understand how the state can take all my money and the child support I receive for child support payments for someone else. I don’t believe you are entitle to monies that are mine, alone.

In addition, found it hard to believe that child support could be awarded to the convicted molester from whose illegal act this very pregnancy occurred. It was this molestation from which she became pregnant with the child in question. Is it California state policy to saddle victims of rape with child support and thereby benefitting the perpetrator of such immoral and illegal acts?

I would expect that a full investigation into the awarding of this claim would be made, as the mother was convicted for Molesting Jason when he was 14 years old.

Time is of the essence, and I expect a speedy resolution to this matter. The welfare of myself and especially, my son depends on it. I appreciate your full attention to this matter.
