I am not a dead beat dad

I have read the majority of these posts and I agree and disagree on some of them. As for the Texas LAw for CS I have one question...... We have a Black President who has alll these grand idea about following in his footsteps and being a good man, taking care of your children etc.... Well I am one who does just that, I opened my own CS case, pay the amount on time every month, provie insurance and am on time every scheduled visit.
It has been about 2 years and I have yet to see my daughter. The way I see it is, if I miss a payment there a warrant for my arrest, but if she violates the order its a slap on the hand and "don't do it again". All thie tells me is the Gov and Attorney General can give two #@$! about me not being in the childs life because that doesnt cost them a dime, but if I miss a payment it is a problem; because now it may cost them if the mother might have to dip into Tax payers money by requesting Gov Assistance. See Texas along w/ other states always wants to talk about statics and single parent homes. Have they ever thought about in todays society 40% of those single family homes are those of some women who make it hard for men to even be apart of their life, make the men jump through loops just to be apart of theirs child(s) life, or simply just not there.
The mother of my child is never home, she always had plans, oh then there is the one where she says my daughter said she didnt want to go, or some other excuse. I have over 1 year and 1/2 worth of paper work from the constables that come out to verify that I was at her house on the scheduled date and she wouldnt open the door or tell me the baby doesnt want to go. I take this to court and what happens..... They give her the same speech about the law and we all go home in false hope, and we are back in court again, by the way I have a Lawyer who makes it clear at the end of the day its the LAW. I have been through 3 lawyers and they all say the same. The mothers are rarely disciplined when it comes to visitation violation because the purpose of CS is to support the child, visitation is a priveledge not a neccessity for the child to make it in this world. Now that is very contrary to what our President believes. Mr. President has all these programs for African American men on how they can better themsleves, get educated, be involved and blah blah where the hell are the programs for men who do right, abide by the law, are educated and degreed, work an honest job, we need to end single parenting, men and women need to come together to raise our youth etc.... but still no support form the Child Support Law makers to help the men who want to live the Obama dream. Where are those programs that stop allowing the mothers to do as they please regardless of the law, regardless of what the judge say's.
