I don't Know about the Child support System, I think honestly they have taken advantage of people. Situations occur in every relationship, and it seems that the only way to resolve it, take the person to child support. I don't know if that is the situation that is going to satisfy the hurt, honestly not.

I am a person who has been dealing with a case for 2 years, because a woman wanted a child. We was not in a relationship and we had protective sex, I don't know. But to get in to the story, she some how managed to give this child my last name move to another state, told the Attourney General office there. Do not release any information about her or the child, becuase it could lead to a life or death situation for her and the child and she also stated she has an Order of Protection against me. Don't you know, I'm paying a child support order for a child that I have never seen don't Know anything about. All for the fact of a slandering lye that was told and a Magistrate that had no jurisdiction on the case, lyed and sighned off for me to pay support and arrears. I don't know, but what I do Know is that I will continue to fight this matter.
They have taken away my rights and child support enforcement only handle what the judgement has been put out for. And the Magistrate has told me they would not here the case to over turn her ruling becuase there is no Jurisdiction. And this woman has never step foot in court, I don't know but they need to investigate what is going on. Or people need to stand together on this issue, They are using old tactics and it has become a game to the system that has inslaved a lot of people and majority men. I have paid a lawyer A large lump sum of money, he showed up one time and told me when I get more money call him until then he can't help me. That was $4000.00 ago and praticaly the beginning of the case. I don't know but can you'll see the game.
