I pay child support but too much red tape and coverup from government..

HI,
Im a father who pays childsupport about seven hundred dollars. I had try to go to child support of to find out where my child is an the told me that their job just to get my support for my child. I went to court for this and court told child support give me the address but nothing happen. During my divoice my exwife told the court she would give court her address but never did. After my divoice I when to court supenna her two times and she did not come to court because the court do not have her address. the last time I seen my child she was only two years old now she is about fourteen years old. I have no I deal if she still alive or not but I cont. to pay my child support. I have visitation right which my exwife stole from me and stole my time I could spend with my child. I been trying search for my child in the internet, and other goverment agencies but no results. When a father take a child the government puts the father in jail for kidnapping but when mother takes the child nothing is happens. This county have two standards when come for kidnapping a child. I a father still looking for his child. So to all fathers who wifes or exwife I hope one day we see our child. Please take care and my god watch over our child...

PI Advice
by: G. Young

I'm a former Private Investigator and the wife of a paternity fraud victim... My suggestion to you (now that you know the massive amount of time "skip tracing" takes) is hire a P.I. to find your child. They won't look for the child, they'll track the mom. It should take about three days even with older information given and cost you about $300.

For others reading this blog because they're paying support to children that are not theirs, please continue...

First, get a mail-ordered DNA test (cheap around $65 for non-admissable to court type if you just want personal confirmation or heafty around $275 if you want the kind that you can use in court) then make nice with mom long enough to get a visit with the child. Swab the cheek and wait for your written evidence.

Second, RECORD any comments about the child not being yours. Get her mad over the phone, put the phone on speaker (if you don't have a built in digital) and use a recorder. It's not illegal to record your own conversatons within your own house and the tape is admissable in court.

Third, hire an investigator before hiring an attorney. Find out who else knew what she did and have their full name and current contact info available for summons when you're ready to take the mom to court for fraud. Try to find the most religous based person close to the mom as they have the tendency not to lie on the stand. You gather as much info as possible before hiring the attorney because attorneys will hire investigators to obtain background on cases and charge you double the fee.

We've been there - Good Luck - and please read my posting TWINS. I'm experimenting in volumn posts concerning paternity fraud as gathering massive victims could lead to a CLASS ACTION suit that could get the laws changed in this country. Leave some contact info if you're interested. Thnx

I know your pain bro. It makes me wonder how bright and balanced those folks who have sortha authority and control on this issues really are. For personnal experience and common sense they appear to hate their jobs or bring their personnal issues to work with them. Some perhaps seem to have equal IQs as a bucket of nails, but yet again we DADS, "who give a damn about our kids" are at their mercy. That is what happens when you have lack of common sense. Makes me wonder how retards get jobs like this.

Visitation
by: David

The state attorney general (especially Texas) will not provide any assistance in locating your child or enforce visitation. As you have stated, their sole purpose is to collect money. The reason being is that they get funding from the federal government for every dollar they collect. they don't get funding for anything else, nor will they provide the resources to do so.

If your divorce decree states that you're entitled to visitation and she is not complying with the order, you can take her to court and have her pay your attorney fees. Trust me; they can easily find her by folowing the money trail. If you're paying through the state as ordered, then they state is sending that money to her. It's not as hard as you think to track her down.

Go to the web and look for father's rights advocates. Someoenw will help you or point you in the direction to someone who will.
