I really got soaked

My ex girlfriend and I had a Bautiful Child together. After that our relationship fell apart due to her being a party animal. I havent seen my child in over two years. I have been paying an absorbant amount of child support even though I am a Blue collar worker. I got Laid off and my payments got even higher. No matter how many times I contacted Child support people. I dont even know where she lives now. I feel I have no rights. I dont know my child anymore or what she looks like. I dont know what to do anymore. Its sad but I wish I could sign over my rights. Every time I try to talk to the mother I am threatened and I have it saved on my phone. This is a really sad situation.

if you sign over your rights you will still have to pay support.You just wont have any say in her life.Get a good lawyer and pray for the best,
Like that the mother will be run over by a mack truck and you get custody of the child.Dont give up what comes around goes around!

Please don't give up. Never give up, one day your child will come back and wonder why you didn't love her or him. Alot of this happens and the toll it takes on the kids is terrible. They only know what they are told, so don't ever give up, you will find her and she will know just how much love there is for you to have taken the time and effort to search for her. As for the child support you need to get ahold of these attorney's or search for an attorney that fights for fathers rights and go after her and stop the support because she is in contempt right know for you not being able to see your child. If you don't bring this to the courts attention how are they to know. The court has to have an address as to send the check to so they know where your child is. Sorry to say,

By giving up your rights will not eliminate your responsibility of paying Child Support. If that were true, a lot of guys would do it just to avoid paying. The Texas Attorney General will do everything in it's power to keep the money flowing through their system! THEY SUCK.
