I want justice, Help me get justice.

I have been paying child support as ordered by the Tennessee divorce court since 1981. Although there was some time when my exwife remarried and she hid my daughter from me. Child support was not being paid by me during that time because I did not know where she was so I could pay. Years later after I investigated and found them. AS a weapon, Child support was enforced, but I was still denied parental rights of contact with my daughter. Some time went by and she hid her from me again. Again during this time child support was not being paid because I did not know where she was. After investigative measures I found her again. Just as before child support and denial of visitation was used a a weapon against and again child support was enforced, and by now my daughter thinks I have been out of her life because of me and she wants to punish me with continued enforment of childsupport penalties and interest, but is still denying that I have a daughter. She says her stepdad is her dad and all she needs from me is what I owe her. Doesn't somebody owe me a daughter. I think I should be able to file some sort of civil suit against my ex. I am in this big penalties and interest problem with Child support because of her not because of me. Now they say my principle balance is paid but I've got 94,000 in arrears, penalties, and interest. And my daugher she is now 32 years old and still will have nothing to do with me. The system is screwing me and I want justice.
