I want to take care of both of my children

I have a son I am divorced from his mother. I pay 450.oo dollars a month for child support. I also carry Health, dental, and vision insurance on him. At the beginning of each year I buy home school supplies, clothes and shoes. Through out the year I buy shoes clothes etc. because when I pick him up from school he looks like a poor kid. I now have a child with my new wife. My ex wants me to pay more child support. Will they consider that I now have two children to support.
