Just don't let her have them. I had to do that with my ex because he did the same thing to our kids. He had no money to take me to court and couldn't fight back. I got a restraining order and he has left us alone. If you can afford to live wqithout the support it is better mentally and physically to keep the kids away frfom her period.

Hello I wanted to let others know what happened to my kids and I when their dad put me in the hospital. We had a talk one morning about BILLS due. He laughed at me and said he wouldnt pay his half and I couldnt do anything about it. I asked him to move out since for 6 months he never paid any of the bills. He told me to shut up and to get on the floor and take off my pants. My baby started to cry and I went to get her, he told me to let her cry, I said never!! Then he followed me and started yelling at me making my babie who just woke up scared. She started to cry and as he yelled at me more she cried harder. I told him we would talk later and not to yell around the baby. He would not listen and continued to scream in my face that he would do whatever he wanted. I asked him to please leave. He proceded to attack me and my baby leaving us on the floor scared. my 10 year old tried to get the phone to call 911 and her dad slung her accross the room and grabbed the phone from her. I tried to get the other phone and he grabbed it from me. We wanted him out and to stop. He went to get his gun and said You are done. I thought he was going to kill us all. Since this happened child support wont go after him due to his vilence. Once agian he got away with not paying for his kids due to his abuse. What do I do? I need child support but Mr Vilence dosent have to pay. Ithas been 3 years and my minimum wage job hardly pays the bills. He makes over 100,000 a year and has 0 living expence because he lives off his parents. Help I want my kids to get what they deserve. Should I pursue support from an abuser??? Help!!
