this post made me want to cry. i am the same exact way...except for the chocolate. lol although im not getting support yet or even had the court date im just looking for what could go wrong, apparently alot. i know he is going to work under the table, considering the day after he was served his papers he got into a fight purposely to get suspended or fired. grrr.

I do understand what you are saying, but a couple of things you need to realize:
1) Caps are really, really bad. It makes you look like you're shouting, and does not really make a person want to read all of what you are trying to say.
2) Not all of the men here are complaining about some bar fly "broad", as you so eloquently put it. Many men here were in (what they felt) stable relationships and marriages that ended, and children were involved.
3) It is one thing when the custodial parent (usually the mother) requests child support for things that the child would need. That is fair, and I am in agreement with that. My problem comes when a rather large number of these women decide that they want to get as much child support as possible and buy things for themselves (as opposed to using the money for the "child" that the "support" is supposed to be for). Keep in mind that not all States require proof that the money is being spent on the child(ren)'s needs.
4) Just because your interests and intentions are just, does not mean that the majority of the women who comment on this site are of the same mindset. The same rule goes to the guys, too: Just because they talk about how unfair they are being treated, doesn't mean that they truly are being screwed.
