Injustice Of The Court System in NM

I am a father of three, when I divorced my ex I started giving her child support money on my own. When she decided to take me to court, she broke into my pick-up and stole the receipt books I had kept for the money I had already given her. I didn't get credit for any of it. I haven't been able to see much of them because she'll hit me, kick me, slap me, and try to choke me any time I'm around. The kids don't need to see that kind of stuff, not to mention that one of these days I might lose it and hit back, because even though I know it will be self defense I'll be the one going to jail. Every time we go to court there is some kind of judgment against me even though she has tested positive for drugs every court ordered drug test. What's more, she let's her husband beat up on my kids. She is under indictment because she snuck drugs into the county jail, which resulted in the death of an inmate. She is even on camera doing this. Last time I got to see my kids, my 6-year-old daughter had what looked like rug-burns on the side of her face. The top layer of skin was scraped off and her eye was swollen. I asked her what had happened and she said that some people her mother had left her with had roped her and pulled her hard to the ground and drug her. If you have ever seen steer roping you'll know what I mean of course. I called the Child Protective Services and again I didn't get any results. She has her whole family covering up for her and lying about everything. The kids are cowed and only tell me any thing when they start to feel safe when she is not around them. I want my children safe and I am willing and able to take them, but she seems to have turned everything into an issue of child support, and why she wasn't held in contempt of court for not showing up to court hearings or when she did show up high on cocaine, I don't know. I just want someone to listen to my story before something happens to the kids from negligence or abuse. She's a female Dr Jekyl/Mr hide and my poor kids are paying the price for her drug abuse and her abusive husband.
