Judge raise child support 3hrs after ruling

I am disabled and today I went to court where I had to show proof of my disablity to a federal judge. The judge said today that he wants more proof and says that I can work. I have been a hard worker all my life and a couple of yrs ago I got sick and was unable to work. I had no income but was ordered to pay $20 a week witch my family help provide. I got my SSD and because I worked so hard all my life my daughter gets a around $480 a month from of that money. So now I get less then a $1000 a month for income. I have pay all my arrears off as soon as I started receiving SSD.

Well, today the judge was trying to force me back to work and not accepting anything I said and any paper work that was sent to her was not good enough. To her, she feels that I am not disabled after all the talk about me going back to work. The judge ordered my ex wife and I, along with the child support agent on a agreement of $25 a month on top of the $480 a month my ex gets for my daughter. The court proceedings were over I was fine with it until the judge called my lawyer a few hours later and decided to raise it to $50 a month on top of The almost $480 a month.

My problem is the judge has blind siding me. If the judge did not want to agree to the $25 a month, the judge should of said something in court hearing and not a few hours later. This same court orders my step sons dad to only pay $8 a month which he has not paid. He does not care about his son and does not wish to see him but I am the bad guy in the eyes of this judges. I have even proved that I payed child support before I was ordered and even payed a big lump sum to my ex of $3000 in money orders mark with child support on the bottom and another $2500 in other things ex need for my daughter.

The Judge is not following the law and also not taking into consideration the amount of child support paide with my SSD check. I have to live with family in order to survive because they take soe much. They don't care if I end up living in my car or on the streets, as long as my child is getting all my money and is taking care of. There needs to be a limit and the system needs to be fair and count everything.

I am not done with this I am writing letters to every one I can think of from the senators to the President of the United States.

No respect

According to judges...or in the case of Alabama(referees)... It doesn't matter if the father can or cant survive as long as he pays what they say he has to pay. Our legal system here in Alabama has absolutley no respect for the fact that the father has to survive as well. and let alone the fact that he probably has a family he has to support aside from the child.

I understand the Fathers have to live to but what about the children and their needs? I have had to help raise my grandson cause his father don't want to pay child support for his son.His father really could care less if his son eats much less has clothes on his back.His father is remarried and they have a child together and he makes sure that child has more then it needs.I don't understand how can he not take care of his own child?He bounces job to job to keep from paying child support and now it has all caught up with him and he wants to make my grandchild out to be the bad person when he is the adult who help make this child for the child never asked him to be born.As far as people who came into his life after he had this child well all I can say is people you knew when you met that person that he/she had to pay that child support.If he/she don't pay sooner or later he/she will end up in court facing a judge with bigger fines.I'm not speaking of people who paid child support and then got out of a job or something happened down the line when he had tried to paid.This guy never tried on his own to pay and now he owes the state so much in child support.Thank God for grandparents.Rather it be a woman or a man who who owes child support pay up or you end up paying at the end and then complaint it isn't right.

I have been trying to get the legal system on this case. I pay childsupport did parenting time. My daughter is 3 yrs old I've only seen your 2 times. When I went the last time into court to hold her in contempt because on the court papers says I have to agree in written form that she can leave state. The Judge looked at my attorney and says I see what you are saying but I don't see "juest cause to hold her in contempt" what is event worst she didn't event show up to any of the court appearences.

We only have one judge that does custody things and the attorney file papers to get the judge case review through the superim court but that's been 4 months ago and nothing.

i no the feeling i make 7.25 mininum wage get paid every to weeks working at a fast food resturant only get about 65 hours in and childsupport takes 375.00 a month for the three kids by my ex wife and one the kids are not mine my ex even told the court he wasnt mine but i have to pay for a dna test and prove hes not mine . until i can come up with the money i have to pay childsupport on him. just got hit with childsupport for a 12 year old boy i didnt even no i had having to pay 265.00 a mont on him and the mothers want let me visit the kids
childsupport didnt even take into consideration the 375 i was paying on the previous kids they said get a seond job that they can take over half my check well hell if i could find one i would they act like you dont have bills ourself to pay or need food to eat i cant get help cause dfcs say i make to much money..the goverment is full of shit

I know what you mean. I went through a similar situation with the State of Michigan. They take out 50% of a paycheck. The court systems in this country are horrible when it comes to child support stuff. And, if you get behind, they drag your butt into court for a show cause hearing. It don't matter what the circumstances are. I was out of work for almost two years, paying what little I could, and still got dragged through the mud. And, on top of that, I went from a good paying job making 50k a year to minimum wage. Try paying $700/month on an $8/hour job...

Keep on the legal system. And, eventually, you'll be heard. It took me three years, but I finally got things straightened around.

Where is the logic behind a judges decision?

Do any of the judges actually look at the needs of people to survive? I am unemployed again and when you are getting 165 a week to live on, there should be immediate attention, just as an emergency order is put into place to protect someone. Talking here does nothing or anywhere on the net. What are our solutions? There are none short of becoming a criminal to survive. I have no empathy for the land we live in, these judges with their years of study and wisdom, have their heads up their asses. For every solution they come up with they create 2 problems. Its just a matter of time before they collapse the family court system from their own doing.

You got it luck.The state of Oklahoma is taking 65% of my husband check every week.Leaving him 125.00 to live off.They don't care about the fathers as long as they get there money. My husband was told that Oklahoma doesn't go after the mother they only want money from the fathers. Mind you his x was arrested in 2009 for drug charges and had the kids taken away.She doesn't have the kids. One of them is 18 and the other one is sitting in jail. So who's getting the child support. He also got a letter from DHS wanting to up his child support even more.
