Judges That Make Men Angry

About 13 years ago my wife and I broke up due to her having a lot of mental health issues. The issues came from her father, a man that raped his child for many years. He then left the family and was never seen again.

I found this man and warned people he worked around to not let him near children. He had them all conned, they told me to mind my own business he was a very nice man. Well, lets say they told me never to call again and that he works well with the children in the church. So when I went through problems of her trying to kill me one night, the courts told me I was lying. I told them she tried to kill herself and guess what, they sent me to see the head doctor telling him I was going to kill myself.

They turned it around on me. So when I went for child support the courts did 25% of my wages. I was working three jobs and they took it from all three which was fine but, when I asked the hearing examiner why he was hitting all three jobs, he stated that he could. I said to him, well, I can't afford to live this way. His wise ass remarks was to get another job. In fact, I don't care if you get five jobs I will hit them all. I stated to him that I would like to spend some time with my children and have a little money to do things with them, and he stated I don't care about that. The court made me feel like I raped her for all those years.

All I did was marry a person that was not whole, due to her father. I went as far as not signing the papers for 9 years so she could get help. But the court of Ulster county made me feel everything was my fault, I would like to thank them for that. Also, when you call for information from this court, they always give you the wrong information. As of today my youngest son is 21 years old and I had no problem paying for child support, but I hated the way the courts made me feel.
