Labled dead beat

Years ago I was orderd to pay 150.0 wkly child support figured off a 13,500. year income. I had a seasoal job. I paid then was always being lied to about where the money went for the kids. Then go to visit them at school and principal pulls me aside and says theres a problem with your kids attendance. There mom was'nt sending them to school. Finally they all dropped out. The highest grade level completed from 1 child was 8th grade the other 2 were 6th grade. There living condition were horrible but I never could know where they lived, I was always lied to. So I quit paying. Still kept in touch with my sons but they wanted to live a povert lifestyle do drugs and be little thugs. Years later I'm being garnished for 200.00 weekly 120.00 current & 80.00 arrears. These kids are 18 20 & 24 years old. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't make but 400.00 wkly and have a new family and a daughter that wants to go to school.
