Left Out and Hurting

I have an eighteen year old daughter whom I have not seen or talk to in over 2 years. My phone calls are not answered or returned, my cards that I send seem like they just vanishing into thin air. My first marriage was a disaster due to outside influences and my then wife's hatred of me for kicking her 30 year son and 12 year old grandson out on their own. I agonized for 2 years before I made the decision to leave. My daughter was 7 when I finally couldn't take the abuse any longer. Praise be to god I remarried to a wonderful loving wife. May she rest in peace. She died in 2005. We had a great 4 years together! And from day one the former wife vindictively set out to destroy my relationship with my daughter. Thus my letter now, she succeeded!!! In those 11 years, many law violations has occurred, getting me banned from visiting my child when she was in elementary school, not sharing medical information, school information, and moving without letting me know where, to name a few. While I was married she told my daughter she did not have to respect my wife, and did not even send a sympathy when she passed nor spoke to me. Why did I not take her to court, well I thought she would change after my wife's death. No, she got worse. I have been depressed for the last four years from all that has occurred. Mind you, I have never missed a child support payment. I do not have enough money to buy a lawyer, so I just keep the peace so I won't go crazy. Don't get me wrong, I raised a lot of hell back in those days dealing with her and family. And, I am certain, if God I not had in my life when my late wife died, I would have lost it. I miss my daughter. I pray every day she will call me back. Until then, I'll keep the Peace!
