I have a son from a Morongo tribal member. He owes me over $46,000 in back support. He moved out of state, has no license, no real estate. All his toys, boats, truck, race cars etc. etc. are in other peoples names. Even his per capita check is deposited into someone else account. Child support service can't help much. Morongo (one of the biggest casino tribes) does not honor state child support orders. I need a federal court order for my support. Anyone know how to get one. For now I am screwed.
