Mom Who Will Never Get Child Support

My experience has been one where I work hard to support my 2 girls. I have gotten VERY little child support. He moves all the time, works jobs for a short time and quits. He has not seen the girls in over 3 years. I just wonder if he thinks about the fact that I support myself and the girls, he thinks if he pays he is paying my bills. Has anyone added up the cost of 2 children lately? I can tell you that if I ever do get child support, it will not pay my bills, it would be for the girls. I think people get so involved in themselves they do not even consider the children. Luckily I can support myself and my girls, but what about the ones that can't?
