Hey Diane...the author of this...I happen to know your ex and you have made up quite a story there...I guess you are crazier than he said you ever were. I think you're a master sympathy seeker! You never had exclusive rights to her and you even admit you were/are evil. This man, while no angel, is a better parent than you and that child support situation was never fair. Who could pay $4000 a month in child support? You knew he could never pay that and he trusted you to try to keep his business going. And all you did was steal what little he had left. And now your daughter is suffering enormously! What goes round comes round and you are gettin just what you deserve!!!!

I'm sorry but your story has confused me or is not adding up. First of all if you guys were never married then that means that there is NO custody order in place and neither of you have legal custody of this child on paper and you have just as much right to go take her as he does and after 4 years, if you could save up enough money to move back to Texas in a short time then I do believe that in 4 years you could of saved up enough money to fly to Florida and follow this guy around and take your daughter back from him just as he did you. Or in 4 years you could have hired Gloria Allred by now to go take her back. If you wanted your daughter you could go get her. I apologize for being so blunt but it's true.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT YOU SHOULD PRAY THAT HE GETS ARRESTED THEN HE WOULD HAVE TO RELINQUISH CHILD CUSTODY UNTO YOU.MAYBE YOU CAN TAKE HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO FLORIDA AND SHOW THE AUTHORITIES THAT YOU ARE HER MOTHER AND THAT HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CUSTODY BECAUSE HE IS NOT LEGALLY HER FATHER OR CUSTODIAN. I have read your story and out of all of the stories I have ever read this one is the most heart touching for me, Im a father and I have never felt the pain Im feeling right now from reading your story. If his name isn't on the birth certificate then he has no rights, the other you can do is get in contact with a bail bonds man or bounty hunter and give them the info have them to ship him back to New Mexico and or just on a plan to a sister state that works with New Mexico and I think North Carolina Works New Mexico. Please contact me if you need any additional help. I will contact someone that i know that is a bounty hunter and see what can they do in a situation like this.
