Mother of 2

I have been fighting with my ex husband for 6 years on child support, he just recently got out of prison and is working and getting paid under the table, I call him for him to send what ever he can to help out, but he refuses, He thinks buying the kids an outfit here or there and things like that is helping, I tried to explain to him that does not put food on the table for them, or help out with anything else. He just yells and hangs up. I am tempted to put his rear back in jail for not paying as he was ordered to. 530.00 a month could sure go a long way now a days. That is what he is suppose to pay. Does he? NO. My kids are 10 and 13, they don't understand why he does not help, and I hate it for them because I am a single mother, and work only one job, looking for a second job just to get by. They are sad sometimes when they even get on the phone and he tells them he can't help out. That is not right. just not right for the system to fail children of dead beat dads. And writing to govenors and senators does not help, the courts say they will help, but when? When it is to late?
