Mother Sick with cancer and taking care of 3 children

Scarlet is a 45 year old mother of three fighting cancer. Scott the father of the children & Soon to be exhusband is an attorney and property developer in Portland, OR.

Scarlet and the kids have not had any money for groceries for the last 14 months. Scott seems to feel that paying the property taxes & power amounts to support.

Scott filed for divorce 3 months after Scarlet was diagnosed with cancer.

Scott also, thinks that every other weekend means picking up the kids for 2-3 hours on 1 day of the weekend counts as his visitation. Scott never feeds his kids when its his time for visitation but rather picks them up goes to the movies and delivers them back to Scarlet unfed and hungry. When asked if he intends to take them for the weekend, Scott always has other things that are more important. Sometimes visitation amounts to Scott going to the home where the children lives and uses the computers to do work while his laundry is in the machine in the basement. He calls his laundry and Computer time visitation. Scarlet has the kids basically 24-7 while Scott is free to do and go where he pleases.

Scarlet had some money but is not able to work and taking care of the kids is a full time job. Why is it that Scott doesn't have to purchase food or give her a break.....She never gets a break.
