My fiance needs some help

Well where do I start.... I've been with my fiance for about 2yrs now and he's been going through hell. His BM is terrible I don't know who even allowed to have kids. First off they broke up because she got pregnant by another man and he couldn't put up with taking are of another kid that isn't his. He has two daughters by her ages 5 and 3 and she has a 8 year old which is not his daughter (he found this out because the little girl got very sick and needed blood and his was not a match to her at all) but he pays child support and spends the little money he has left on the children also. He wanted custody but the court would not award it to him because they are in favor of the mother like mothers can't be dead beat too. This woman harasses him, physically assaults him, threatens to have him killed, denies his visitation with the children and its like the more he presses charges on her the more she gets away with. When she finally does let him see the kids they are in dirty clothes and barely fed. she has been living off the welfare system since she was 16. She works under the table at some so called braiding shop which she doesn't report to welfare. Its like she is getting off Scott free for putting him through hell he is a good dad. Last year when he got his income tax he bought the kids each $1500 dollars worth of stuff and she let her sister kids where the girls clothes and sold the video games and the systems he bought and disappeared for a week or two leaving the kids in the care of her drug addicted mother. Where is the justice. I think when it comes down to it the court needs to Church both parents before they place the children because it's a lot of good men out there that truly care about their kids and mothers who think of the kids as only paychecks. |
