My Husband's Psycho Ex Wife

Okay, everyone are you ready for this? My husband's ex wife paid for a DNA test 12 years ago to prove his son was not his-he was 9 and he knew from the time he was about 4. He is now 20 and has my husband's name.
Forward ahead to today, she has been through 3 husbands, live in married boyfriend and she is addicted to pain pills and doctor visits. She mixed out her 3rd husband's insurance in 10 yrs. note: she was living with a married man for the last 4 yrs. and has had several affairs. These men are losers. Anyway, she has filed for an appeal because she lost again after 15 yrs of continually dragging him to court. There is more to this story but I don't have enough space. She even went into court and had her 4th lawyer tell the judge that our youngest daughter is not my husbands! She is 16 1/2 and is but this woman thinks she is the result of another affair she had. She laughed while telling our daughter that "I will hold you down while they stick a needle in your arm to get that blood".
We have spent our upwards of $70,000 fighting this and we are flat broke and can't even afford to make our house payments. We have no lawyer and are doing it ourselves. She has paid minimal support and stopped paying despite a court order that says if she does she goes to jail. The town we were originally from won't do anything to her. She hurt her back years ago working for cash that she never paid support.
We fight and fight and she gets away with welfare fraud, being a drug addict and emotionally abusing our daughter. There is so much more to this story but to say that his oldest daughter no longer speaks to us because we let her move back 2 yrs ago at 17 because she wouldn't stop being promiscuous in our home and getting engaged every time she visited her mother in another state. Our 19 yr old daughter took herself to the emergency room at least once a month for almost 2 yrs before she moved out after graduation. The psycho ex's live in married boyfriend gives the oldest money for visiting every weekend. He also is staying with her to make sure our daughter has a home when she gets back home and they do not sleep together literally or figuratively!!! Our daughter lived there for a year until we found out mommy dearest was letting her have sex and run around like the oldest. She has been back with us for 14 months now and she does not want to go back to finding her mother passed out on the toilet picking at her toes.
She is a good girl and she has been through so much. We have 6 weeks to answer the brief for the appeal but I really want this woman in prison for tax and welfare fraud and not paying her child support.
