FELLAS/ Fathers there is help and there are many ways to make the justics system work for you i have 2 children and i promise you my kids mother thought she could WIN al because she is a female NOT SO. My children mother has tried everything under the sun to get labled as a DEAD BEAT DAD!!!Sorry wrong one, I wear Clothes not Infamous Titles, So dispite of GOV. HUNT LAW i used his law for my benefit. well i gathered all the information i could find and started bringing her into court. I find out anyone can file papers, motions, and request a hearing and i also find out most the time females are not as smart as they think at least mind isn't lol. What amazes me about these childish women that most will use there children as a finacial tool and a benefit package.

If your children mother is seeking child support through the DSS then you have the right to request to see any forms, attachments, etc. signed with your signature, never leave any rocks unturned, she just may have been sent papers and signed your name and is telling her case worker you signed them and some case workers will not follow up with you. Sometimes she will use a prepaid phone and say thats your number and when the case worker try contacting you she is calling your X and not you. The other thing is NO court can ever stop you from seeing your child or having visitaiton rights unless there is violation where you have cause bodily harm to that child or the custodian parent feels threaten.

For starters send your X some (interrogatories) the first set should consist of (25)Questions and you should always head thoes the way of a court doc. she has 35days to respond to those interrogatories and if she fails to do so then she could be held in contemp of court at that point you file a motion showing a (failure to appear/ FTA) at that point the court will issue you a new court date and possible a warrent for her arrest. You can inforce a warrent. The other thing is if you havent seen your child or she want allow you to see that child file another (motion show cause) make sure once you type of these document they are filed in the court house and a copy is kept for yourself and a copy is sent certified to the X once you start this process it puts heat up under the children mother and she then see you mean business and so thoes the court see that you care about your children and you are not just another dead beat father.
