Need Help For Veteran Wife

Well its affects me and my girls. Its about my husband and the girl he had the child with. The child is 10 years old and he has been paying Child suppoort. They have beening it by wage assignment all this time. She is the dead beat acutally. She is a club- goer, drinks and that is what we both have been told. We both worry about the child, the type of environment teh child is around, because the mother is not college educated and was living with her mother, on welfare. People in the state office have told me that she gave up her right to reears chiuld support and interest to stay on welfare, so this woman is very pathetic and refuses to work. So that is her background.

My husband and I are both College educated and he has been working.We have 2 little girls and had to send them away because I started having problems with meical due to my service in Iraq. The attorney in WI is aware but this dead beat mother showed up and I told him please don'y say anything with her in there. I don't want her knowing anything about me or anything. So, the tests continue and money for gas, my husband is under FMLA to miss work to take me because I am having seizuires and am not allowed to drive. That affects how much money he can make and I guess its really complicated. They have about doubled it it for each week. I have some benefits but I have other people working on other parts and that takes time because well I was nto aware. I have filed a lawsuit against an apartment complex for a Fair Housing Violation on my service dog. I am just worried and the attroney says that we can appeal it but that will take more money. Well, what do you suggest? It wouldn't be that bad if all benefits were in play, my driving restictions were lifted because of the medical conditions and I can work. I have 2 degress and there is work here, I have 10 points veterans perferences, so any suggestions? I am worried about my privacy, this girls is a leach and it snot fair but I don't to be on the street, with nothing because of this. My husband has his own medical conditions that need attention. So we are suppose to just die to pay her? We need help....... By the way this is in WI but we live in another state
