Non Custodial Father

Court ordered child support at $315 every 2 weeks. Custodial parent enlisted help of the IL child support agency. The agency sent Notice to withhold income to both of my employers requesting 55-60 percent. Yes a mistake was made. I ended up paying approx $1800 a month for child support for 1 child. Also they told one of my employers I had to put child on health insurance when I already had child covered under other employer's plan. I complained and emailed
the department and never got response. So for last several months 55-60 percent of entire income is being taken out when payment is supposed to be $315 every two weeks which is signed by a court. So instead of paying $750(approx) a month I am paying approx $1800 a month. I'm trying to support my other family(family of 4), child with other parent makes approx $65,000 a year plus $24,000 a year in child support. I make less than $50,000 a year. To top it all off the court system made me pay her attorney fees when we were never married. This woman did not want me to have a realtionship with our child and the courts penalizes me by making me pay her $15,000 attorney fees. I had to get court involve to establish paternity and visitation so the courts punish me. Again her income with my child support was close to $85-90 thousand and mine was about $26,000 after paying child support. Also I am trying to support my other family of four. the courts and child enforcement agency are crooks, very unethical.
