Non-castodail Parent

MY son is now 10 years old I pay my support fathfully however I get behind from time to time, Ive noticed that the state is imposing Intrest charges on late payments and back support, WE as responsable Parents and Citizens must put a stop to this Right away, We did not purchase the right become parents and we DO NOT OWE the state intrest for the right to be parents.

I also Drive commercially for a living and the state is and hase suspended my driving lycence, well this in most cases prevents a man or woman from complying with child support laws, if we can't get to work we can't earn the money to pay support, this to must be stopped right away. If the state makes a law and then takes steps to prevent the public from complying with said law; this is the defanition of teriny and as A free thinking people we cannot allow this.

Now to throw a man or woman in prison for lack of funds to pay support is in the same teriny, this only increases the debit and adds the more burden onto the tax-payers in the proses, and when the person gets out of prison is non the better for it neither is the state or the child, this must be stopped right away.

Persons owing child support should if possable be employed and as a matter of law,in addition to wage garnishment, property liens and winnings of any sort, we should however be carful as to the credit laws we don't want to create second rate Americans in the proses of salutions to support collecting, as we don't need to create any more lack of faith in our system of governing, so we the people who are subject to child support laws need to get together and change some; not all, of the laws pertaining to the collection practices of the state, we can not allow the teriny within this proses to continue to make us out to be criminals and/or to be treated as such.
