High School vs. GED
by: Dave

Hello - I am trying to get advice on when my child support obligation ends. My son dropped out of High Scool upon his 18th B-Day. He is currently enrolled in a GED program and turned 19 yesterday. I have continued to pay CS. As I understand it, the NH child support law states that child support must be made until a child reaches 18 years old or graduates from High School, whichever occurs last. So, is a GED program considered the equivalent of High School?

Thanks for any information
