I started out with a man in my life that I thought would be forever, have 3 daughters, and well you know the story, now a single mom and well the only good part of this story is that two of my girls have graduated from high school and are now in college and my last girl is still in elementary, but my girls have always known who their father is and love their father very much he does have them on his medical insurance, and gives me $400.00 per month, I at least do get some help although this has not been consistent and also just found out that he now has two other children that he does pay child support through the system, my question is the two children are the two he had before our last child was born, and I feel that he has not helped me with my daughters as far as housing them high school monies, with anything other than what I have stated above, I would like to know if I can take him to court for back child support since the $400.00 has not been consistent? I have been the sole caretaker of my girls and have always included their father with all of the big events in our girls lives, graduations, birthdays, holidays, and anything my children wanted dad there for. I am for one very proud of myself for doing a great job with my girls.
