One of those "Deadbeat" Dads

Never thought I would be so angry over Child support. I love my children and have put up with this Mess for more than 18 years.
First I would like to State that "Child Support" is a misnomer. It has Nothing to do with Children. It has to do with X wives haveing the power to hurt you. That is it's only use.
"Well....we hold that the Mother will use the money in some form of support of the children, whether that means paying the rent, buying school supplies, or putting food on the table."
Fine....then let me buy those things for them and turn in the Reciepts? "Perfect Mommy" considered "Child Support" Her tax Free money.(some of her more colorful purchases were Tatoo's, a motorcycle for herself, vacations to visit her friends, party money, and Caller ID so she didn't have to bother answering my calls or allowing me to speak to my children)

The grandmother bought cloths, school supplies and bailed "perfect Mommy" out of debt Repeatedly.
Perfect Mommy doesn't have to show HOW she used the money....It's Hers...and it's Freeeeeeee! Did they have food? Yes....Macdonalds and peanut butter...thank God for school food! Did they have cloths? Yes, bought by Me...Sent to the Grandmother who pretended to buy them so Perfect Mommy would not cut them Up? (but that didn't count toward MY DEADBEAT STATUS!)
Let's see lets account for all this...
Amount of money I Paid.... 86,900$ (price of a small house)

Amount of Money they say I still OWE (30,089) (make some nice college money!) toooo bad....the kids Can't have it....It's Hers...NOT Those Brats.....one of whom Lives with ME....but is over 21 now. Amount of money she Saved for them For College---(0.00) Amount of money She used to purchase a Home for them---(0.00) Amount of money she spent On them to Hide them during my visitation---(unknown)

Why did I get behind? Well...Illness, injury, another illness....oh yeah and None of that Matters....lets charge Interest too....She needs More free money...while I struggle to LIVE. (but let's not even ASK her to maybe bring my children to the hospital one time....in case I die. She isn't actually required to Stick to her end of the Visitation Bargain....Unless I want to press Charges.)

Press Charges! That was the answer I was given about what to do when She violated visitation. Yes, that will endear me to the
children.....Ok...Mom is arrested....Let's go to Disney!

You Can't Hold Child support Ransom....Funny it would have worked fine....if it had dipped into her "freeee money" when she let me drive 800 miles to pick up my kids only to hide out with friends while I waited (8 hours -to- 6 days in the car in front of her rent house) She would not have DONE those things! Boy she had a great laugh at that one.

Present day. Both kids are over 18...yet we can't get the Child Support to stop Racking up my monthly payment! Both kids want to go to college...Can I Give the Back child support To THEM? Heck No. It's HER money and SHE gets to decide how it's spent. Now they want my drivers licence....Ok...So I won't be able to work(being unable to get a passport---due to back child support-- cost me almost 30,000$ last year which had been earmarked to pay OFF the child support....oh well)....and help them GO to college...which of course I am helping with (until economy knocked my feet out from under me) and not one penny of it counts toward this incurred Debt....(oh yeah....For the dear little wee Children...named X-wife)

Child support....Ha.
Sounds great in Theory.....
In practice.......It is nothing but a Scam!
Oh sure....all you ever hear is the No Good...Deadbeat...stuff. You don't hear as much about the Dad....who lost Time. Funny because Money...can be replaced but it's all you hear about From every corner. Time can't be replaced....but nobody enforces THAT.

It's ok....we have the rest of our lives to make up for the things and the time stolen from Both Me AND the Children. As far as Child Support.....Fine...when I get caught up....and the kids have tuition and books paid.............The Bitter Little Baby Can Have HER MONEY and her Government Thugs can Call me all the names they want to call me. My Kids.....Well....they still call me Dad. (Phhhhhh....I win!)
