Pay or else

I was married to my wife for 22 years. We were jr high sweethearts and were together from age 13 till 40. We went to bed on a tuesday nite married and wednesday morning when I woke up she said she wanted a divorce. I have 3 children. For the sake of time I will describe my current situation. My 18 year old son has lived with me for the past 8 months. I pay his car payment and help him pay his insurance. I mentioned to my ex that I should stop paying support for him as he now lived with me. She quickly informed me that she would contact her attorney, and I would spend far more money in court than I would if I just pay her till he turns 19. I have 1 more month. The court system protects woman to the point of allowing ex wives to threaten and exstort their ex husbands. This is just 1 of several situations that I have had to just shut my mouth. Over the past 4 years I have sold or lost every material pocession I owned or were in the process of buying to pay my ex wife. I lost my job and continued to pay her because getting relief from the court would have cost more. I spent 5 nights in a mini-storage till I could move into a glorified apartment. It was a converted storage shed behind someones house. I paid $200 per month. Its all I could afford and stay in the same town as my kids. i was emmbarressed to have them over. Our town is very affluient. Things have since gotten better. I now rent a house and have just bought living room furniture, at a yard sale. I was on top at one time. Very well respected in our community and owning a home in one of the most sought after neiborhoods. It eveaporated almost instantly. By the time I payed her what the court ordered I could not support myself. When I ask her for help...she simply said pay or else.

Go back to Court with your financial records in hand and tell the judge your story and show the judge any supporting documentation you have to back your story, then ask for a modified child support order and ask it to be lowered, your faithfull payment history will help. Tell your ex-bitch to go fuck herslef and you'll see her in court. Holding a child over your head for financial gain is exstortion and its a criminal offense. You dont need to pay on your son. You can get a court ordered visitation schedule thats enforceable. Don't be afraid of the Court, they will help you too as long as you on the up and up.

Women are EVIL
by: Anonymous

I am a mom and a step mom. My stepdaughters MOTHER is EVIL. We have pain on time and are never behind. She holds our daughter over our heads because she thinks she can. I will tell you if my fiance and I left each other I could NEVER be evil to my son by not allowing him to his father or atleast compromising with him before we go to court .. These court systems need to look in to the mother and father better then just one day at COURT. Obviously your ex-wife was doing something behind your back to make that decision over night. I don't think the MOTHERS should always have the right to their kids. It should be half and half. If the kids make their decision on who they want to live with at a certain age then that parent should pay the other parent child support.. I am tired of these abusive moms.. All they are to me is GREEDY vindictive females.. Good luck sir, I am sorry you have to deal with this abusiveness by her. I will pray that this year will be better for you...
