Paycheck to Paycheck family

My wife and I live paycheck to paycheck and our vehicles are having problems, are home is in need of repair and my wife is having health problems. I also have a problem with one of my hands and do not have the extra money to go to a doctor to get it checked so I go day to day and hope the system will change.

My Son's mother stopped showing up for visitations on Christmas day 2004. My wife was having several bouts with cancer back then and we had no money for an attorney! The judge did not care I called and left word but nothing was ever done, never even heard back from his office. DHR is a joke unless your the one receiving child support they will not do a thing except suggest getting a lawyer. Well how nice I sure can't pay for it with my good looks! I have a daughter who DHR in Alabama says "Does not matter!" I'd like for one of those folks too go home sit two of their kids down and say to one of them you do not matter! But it is really the ones who came up with the so called formula which is crap since they probably do not have any kids and have no clue or live on a differnt planet than the one I call Earth! So I sleep little each night trying to figure out how to get things done and make ends meet and wonder how my son is doing! while wondering if my wife will survive her next round of surgery, or if she will be able too work afterward. we've tried to fill for food stamps we where denied because i made too much but if you cut a 1/3 of my pay out then guess what I would fall below the make too much level. On top of that I can't claim my son, and get taxed for the income that goes too his mother she gets almost $4000.00 a year and does not have too claim it because Uncle Sam gets it from me. Now if I had a second job making that amount the government would be the first too hold out their hands for taxes.

So I can look forward to another day at a job I dislike because the econmy is so bad i cannot find a second part time job let alone a job that I would like going too every morning, not to mention if I get laid off on my current job DHR will still want me to pay! How stupid can the system be!! So until something is done those out there like me can expect to be screwed everyday without the k/y!! Because its all about equal rights until you go before DHR, oh and the good ol boy justice system in Alabama, and probably in most other states as well. It's a wonder this country has made it this long! Well I've vented enough I just hope maybe someday soon things will change, but If nothing else someone out there can feel better knowing they are not the only one going through this B/S and maybe they are better off than I am if you are thank God, if your in worst shape then I'll say a prayer for you all.
