Paying for someone elses kids

My husband is behind on his child support payments. I am in the military and my schedule is very unstable. We couldn't afford a babysitter for our 4 kids so my husband has to stay at home. I have been dealing with the state of Indiana taking my entire tax refund for the last 4 years even though I filed the Injured Spouse form and I am the only one with income. Today I went to the bank to I could go get diapers for my 3 youngest kids just jto find out the they had taken all of my money. I don't get paid for over a week and they took every dime I had to pay his child support. I now he's behind because he isn't working, but I have 4 kids of my own to feed and I am not on welfare. His ex is on welfare so she doesn't have to work. I was furious and heart broken about what happened today. Now I'm left to figure out how I'm supposed to take care of my family.
