Paying support, have court orders for visitation but I get nothing?

I have called every state and county agency I can think to call and came to decide noone cares unless you pay and retain a lawyer. I pay my child support, provide health, dental and life insurance, have a loving home, clean home for my daughter and get nothing but a heavy heart. I have tried every weekend for a visit, called 18 times (18 different days) in the last month to hear my daughters voice. My phone calls are sometimes answered but never getting the chance to talk to her. Told several times she doesn't need me, why are you calling, just give up your rights. I have a good job, a clean home, no drugs, no reason for this treatment! I love my kids and am a good Dad. What can be done? What about my rights as a Dad, forget the money paid to child support. What about the bond we created when she was born. I am sure other men are being treated the same, when is it our TURN! I have been taken to court 3 different occasions by the Mother to have the custody taken away from me and represented myself all 3 times and have won every single time. Why must we continue to prove ourselves? When is it our TURN?
