I have begun a petition to Stop lumping Overtime, Excess Partime, or Second Fulltime Earnings over a 40 hour week into Gross income for the purpose of Child Support calculation. MY FIANCE' AND I LIVE IN WISCONSIN, HOPE THAT LAW GOES IN EFFECT HERE TOO. HE WORKS 75-90 HOURS A WEEK, HAS A SEASONAL CONSTRUCTION JOB. HE BUSTS HIS BUT EVERY WEEK TO BRING HOME ONLY $200 MORE THAN HIS X WIFE WHO IS A "LIMITED" FULL TIME CLERK AT HARDWARE STORE.COME ON!! HE/WE ARE STRUGGLING EVERYDAY TO MAKE ENND MEET AND TO PAY OUR BILLS, WE ARE ALL FOR TAKING CARE OF THE KIDS AND HELPING TO SUPPORT THEM,NOT FOR PAYING HER BILLS SO SHE DONT HAVE TO WORK MUCH. NOT TO MENTION SHE IS ALWAYS TAKING HIM TO COURT, DIVORCE TOOK OVER 4 YEARS AND THEY ARE STILL IN AND OUT OF COURT. LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP THESE NON DEAD BEAT DADS!!!
