Pissed off step mom

Story after story all with the same theme, My spouse and I also have issues with the minors Mother. But this saga comes with the NCP(father) NCP(mother) LCSA from LOS ANGELES COUNTY and now ORANGE COUNTY a third party (maternal grandmother) and 8 children. 5 which are biological? But all 7 loved equally.

My spouse met the mother, she already had 2 children and was 3 months pregnant, They had 3 more children she lost them to the system while the father was out of the home. The grandmother received foster care payments but gave the children back to them and kept half of the money. Two more children were born without the courts knowledge she was not to have any more children as ordered by the court. The first five the grandmother refused to give up because of the money. And after the mother abandoned the last two to her she lied to the courts that their fathers whereabouts were unknown. And tried to obtain legal custody. For three years the mother and daughter battled it out in court. All the while both the mother and grandmother applied for child support services both using SYLVIA MELENDEZ. A court order was issued by default regardless of our complaints that the mother did not have custody and was collecting public assistance by fraud. And both cases were being enforced of 514.00 a month for same two children. And the mother finally won in court moved to orange county and opened another case which now has three cases for support.
