PROPERTY OWNER / CHILD SUPPORT EVADER?

Enough is enough. We have a hearing October 2009. I pray that something will finally get resolved.
I am still amazed at how a dad owning property, A HIGHLY SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER, can keep getting breaks and allowed more time to make payments. Since 1994 I have had numberous hearings every 6 months to a year up untill 2000 then roughly every year and 1/2 I would have a court hearing taking my manipulative babies daddy to court. The courts have issued bench warrants he did jail time. He has obtained an attorney twice ....(I was unable to obtain one for less than $2000.00) He was roughly $10,000 in arrears when he obtained an attorney the second time, to represent him he paid roughly $2000.00 (could not pay child support?) He made a deal opened a case with child support enforcement that he would make his pmts by the 7th of every month. He only made a partial pmt. and continues to be in arrears. August 2009 he is currently $24,464.05 est. in arrears. He owns property. CSED has a lean agianst his property ( still nothing) HE IS A HIGHLY SKILLED CONSTRUCTION WORKER. We have wage garnishments in place and he only works long enough for them to start deducting wages. He then quits his job(he does alot of cash jobs)We have income tax interception. Now he does not claim Taxes for 2009? His monthly pmts are only $365.00 a month. He keeps getting extensions and breaks. Enough is enough his two daughters do not live off air.
