Your deadbeat ex-spouse can be reported to their state's Secretary of State to have their driver's license suspended for not paying support after 60 days, you can actually do this yourself without the state's child support agency involved. What a great way to cut through red tape!

Myth: "The courts and all its minions as well as other orgranizations (e.g. chuches) automatically support these alleged "poor" single mothers."
I’m receiving SSI for the past five years. I’m not wondering if any programs that will help me out with cost of day care, etc. We do not have these things. Churches help working moms and people aboard. It means business and diversity. It is not against the sick mind of overpaid bureaucrats to discriminate against disabled people in America.

Man Who Killed My Dad

It’s Thanksgiving but we don’t celebrate. I raise children by myself. Needless to say, the father of my children; former name was Serge Kuissi, he has not provided for his family in decades. He wouldn’t look like a turkey himself if he could only do his duty and feed his children. In the past year, I have tried looking for him in a different state so that he can attend to his unpaid child support. But it is evil system in which we live in; one which protects his identity because he paid his rotten fees. And a system which discriminates me, as well as my children and other parents. Not to mention that because of his selfishness I did not see my parents for seventeen years. Last month, my father died and I missed his funeral. I hope our government will read my post.

PROSECUTE DEADBEAT MOMS!

Why aren't deadbeat moms prosecuted? My ex-wife provides no support for our two children and harasses us with endless legal filings. The courts and all its minions as well as other orgranizations (e.g. chuches) automatically support these alleged "poor" single mothers while us dads work multiple jobs (I've had between 2-6 jobs since 1992). An estimated 16,000 single fathers committ suicide annually in the U.S. over this and NO ONE CARES.

Please be specific about absent mothers? and fathers? first and last names so that others do not get offensive. Parents must support financially their children.I believe that a person required to have income.

We have fraud system in the U.S. Men from different countries prefer divorce in the U.S. because it is easy get away from a parent?s obligation in the U.S. One can pay his lawyer, move to different state, change his name, and social security number legally in court. Wow! Not to mention, if you do not find absent father, then they will close your case. Do not move to the U.S.

IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, THEY DO NOT PURSUE OR PROSECUTE DEADBEAT MOMS WITH THE SAME VIGOR AS THEY DO WITH FATHERS. THE SYSTEM IS UNFAIRLY BIASED, AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS. A DEADBEAT MOM CAN EVEN STILL GET WELFARE AND OTHER HUMAN SERVICES, WITH NO OBLIGATION TO SUPPORT THIER CHILDREN. IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT THERE IS A MUCH HIGHER PERCENTAGE OF DEADBEAT MOTHERS, THAN FATHERS. WITH ALL THE SAME RESOURCES AND TOOLS USED TO LOCATE AND HOLD FATHERS ACCOUNTABLE, HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS INEQUITY?

Trash paid to lawyers and got away.

I have known men like that. They eat for themselves and get fat. In fact, I cannot find the missing father of my kids for the last 6 years. If he dies earlier for his sin, I will dance at his funeral because of what I am going through. But I need to locate him so please help me if you know Serge Kuissi and Regina Donegan.(former names)I need to give them two tickets to Hell.

My finally ex son in Law-christopher cale lassila from great falls MT has not contributed to his sons care since the day he was born. Since divorce was filed he has paid some support, but now owes more than 7 thousand. My grandson is 6. Chris left him home alone when he was just 2, after my daughter left him but still gave him visitation. Police chase was involved, he was drunk and baby was taken fRom ranch house by police in the middle of nowhere in winter front door open and brought to me and his mom. Jail time for that and for beating up my daughter which is why she left him. He hasn't filed tax return in years. Works under table if/when working. Paroled and supposed to b working. Where is justice for my grandson. NOWHERE. i need help for this, please.

Scott Lee Clearfield is a deadbeat dad, who owes aprox. over 80,000. and still has not paid in several month not one penny! He is a dead beat dad in ever sense of the word! Phila, PA (Bucks county)

What would you do?

I am a father of two. I have sole custody of my children, and I am having a very hard time with the attourney Generals office. My x wife owes over $25,000.00 in child support. And she will not work to pay the support owed. As a matter of fact she has recently filed for TANF and filed with both my children on there with her. So they decided to come after me for child support and just took out the first payment from my check. So now Im paying child support to the non custodial parent that owes a stupid amount of support. And all they ever tell me is that they will send a report to another office to investigate it. This has been going on for over 2 months now. I dont know what to do. I feel like they dont care that this is effecting my life, and more importantly my children. I cant afford to pay rent if they do this to me.

I have a child by a man who hasn't paid child support but three times 2 years ago my son is almost 5 now he was 3 years.I have tried to work with this Worldly man I'm not that good looking and I'm not in hollywood so we don't matter I'm tried of my son not being supported because I'm not Rich and Famous. I have been Homeless for 3 years because my home was stolen by a Real Estate Broker.I called this man asking for help because I was sleeping outside he wouldn't help me or my child Ijust want this man to stand up and be a man and take care of his.

DEADBEAT DAD MOVES TO ARIZONIA TO AVOID PAYING SUPPORT

Dead beat dad moved from North Carolina to Arizonia to avoid paying child support. Jerry Dean Owens Jr. currently has warrants for his arrest here in North Carolina, and recently moved to Arizonia where he is working for cash to avoid his responibilities. The warrants were issued in March, 2007. At this time, he was receiving UI benefits and has not worked a public job since. Plus, I have not gotten a federal or state intersept since 2001. This has been going on for 10 years and both childern have now aged out. So, now I feel that he has gotten away with not paying.
