Ripped off

12 years ago I was ordered to pay child support in South Bend, Indiana but a total douche bag Judge named Andrew Nemeth. I had voluntary payment stubs for a year prior and that douche bag tacked on 5 thousand arrears regardless. Not only that but I haven't had a visitation with my son in 5+ years and every time I call up the courts about it they say I have to hire a lawyer and take her back to court. Early on this took its toll on me and I have tried committing suicide many times and have not been able to hold down a job due to serious mental illness caused by the trauma. I have even been hospitalized for it. The bean-counter still ticks and I am homeless, and dig through dumpsters collecting aluminum cans to turn in for $20 a week to pay a lousy %25 of my weekly bill. I even lost the van I was living in when the state Liened it. I am sure my support is over 40k. Should I just eat a bullet or is there some kind of hope?! Any lawyer I talk to says I am screwed and it makes me feel like I should just drink Drano and let my kid have my life insurance.

Hey my brother, get the bad thoughts out of your head ok. There is a little boy out there that will need encouraging advise from his daddy. I was once where you are until I found my Savior. He will Love you and guide you my friend. Give him a try. He's has been waiting on you. Don't fret or fear the things in this world as they will ALL pass. Put your faith in JESUS CHRIST and he will give you everything you need. Love ya brother.

If your in bad shape and no money to file in the courts go to the courts and file a pauper's form which you have to get signed off by a judge stating your broke and cannot pay to have the paperwork filed and there is no fees for this either.

I would have to view your case. It is common knowledge that the courts do not always rule fairly for either side. Unfairness is a reason that private agencies is popping up to assist clients one on one.
No, do not eat bullets. Lead is harmful to your health. We can attempt to assist you with renewing your case, filing a new financial statement, or getting a new hearing. You must pay the filing fees.
