Sad for my daughter and granddaughter

My ex-son in law has been making outrageous complaints to CPS, has lied and cheated. He took my granddaughter for his weekend visit on the 15 of Jan. this year and has still not returned her. Divorce papers mean nothing in Texas, the paperwork states that any and all law officers are supposed to uphold it, but they won't, they simply say they do not get involved in these cases. My daughter is concerned because her ex loses jobs and ups and moves in a heartbeat. And to beat it all he only has to pay $157.00 a month and has only managed that for the last 5 months. He also just started seeing his daughter one year ago, and payed nothing for 4 years of the childs life and certainly made no effort to see her.
I believe that this is all because he does not want to pay child support. The story just gets worse, and the state of Texas is only worried about the father's rights and does nothing to address the mothers rights.

I have been looking trying to find someone who might be a good lawyer for my girl, but everything seems to be aiming at all the poor daddy's, the mom's are not always the bad guys. I paid for my grand babies needs for years, and now we can't get anyone to back up her agreement and get her child back to her.
Good going Texas keep backing up lying losers.
