Sick of the lies!!!

by frustrated
(North Carolina)

My boyfriend and I have been together for nearly 3 years now and his ex-wife has been nothing but a huge pain in our butt. He was giving her (not court ordered)$350 A WEEK, yes a week not a month, for child support because he knew he could not count on her to keep a job to take care of his boys. He doesn't make the money he used to make and still gives her (on an unemployment wage of $400 a week) $200 a week.

She is constantly calling him for more money even though the only bill she has is rent and electric. Her mother pays her phone and she drives my boyfriends truck and he makes the payments on it because she got her car repoed. He also pays the insurance on it. We also buy all their cloths and pay for all their sporting activities. She is collecting food stamps, (even though if the state knew how much he was giving her, she would get locked up for lying) so where is all the CHILD support going for her to be calling and cursing him and threatening him to pay more money. She cannot keep a job and is always in trouble. She just got her third DWI and a DWLR a few months ago from her second DWI. We are now seeking custody of the boys, but need to know what our chances are of getting them. We have tons of evidence of her being an unfit mother. The only reason she wants those boys is to get money. When they moved into his mom's house after leaving their house, she took off for 2 years and left the boys. When she didn't have anyone else to pay her way she came and got the boys and started demanding money. I am sooooooooo frustrated with her and her worthless self. What can we dooooo????????????????
